Single Flat Handle Chromed Plating Kitchen Faucet

1. Our concept:
Brief and fashion.
We own 4 designers and they gain more than 10 year's experiences on designing sanitary wares. And we take part in many big fairs both domestic and abroad to know more fashion trends. Custom made is available
2. The material
Raw materials and the fittings which we purchase for production should be checked and make sure those can reach to Chinese National Standard.
Faucets' spout is 62-65% copper,
Faucets' body and fittings are 57-59% copper.
Normal faucets' cartridge is 35mm or 40mm ceramic cartridge; double handles faucets and cold water tap use G1/2 brass cartridges. Common products' cartridges are use Mingbo brand or Wenzhou's local brand. We also have other choices, such as KCG, Sedal or Hain-Yo.

The aerators/bubblers are produced by ourselves, Dominion aerators, quality is same as Neoperl's. And we also can use Original Neoperl's aerators if you need..

Usually, our bathroom accessories using two kind materials which are brass and zinc alloy. Little series use Stainless steel or aluminum. Stainless steel's finishing is just polishing or brush, and aluminum's finishing is oxidation. We can change the material and finishing as customer's required. The Zinc alloy choosing "Zamak 3" or "0#".

3. Machining
We use all-in-one machine for CNC & drilling tapping, so make hole site and screw thread more accurate.

4. The polishing:
Our polishing goes to 3 steps.
First we use cylindrical grinder machine or surface grinder machine to polishing. It's depending on the shape of our products. The machine have 4 kind different belt sander, from coarse to subtle.
Second, we make the corner a radian of 1mm, so can protect users' hand from hurting.
Third step, we use high class cotton cloth to polish the products. After all the above polishing steps, our items' surface will be prefect without waves.
After polishing, then we full inspection the products again.

5. About the Plating/Finishing:
Our plating goes to 4 steps. For example, the zinc towel bar should cover bronze, then red copper plating, after it is nickel plating, last is chrome plating.
We have two levels plating.
The common product's nickel is 3-5μm and the chrome is above 0.1μm.
The higher quality product's nickel is 8-10μm and the chrome is above 0.2μm.

Our finishing including chrome, brushed nickel, matt chrome, satin nickel, polished, aluminium oxidation and so on , we can also produce according to customer's requirement.

2. For every step should be checked stringent base on ISO standard.

Faucets: 
1) Water testing and air testing is full inspection 
 First we do air test, it should be no air leakage through 15 seconds' test when under 0.8mpa. Then goes to water testing.
2) Aerators require high quality which can come into being nice spray and won't splash our body.
3) Our goods have two levels. The common one can pass 96hours' neutral salt spray test, and the higher quality which can pass 144hour's neutral salt spray test and 200hours's neutral salt spray test.
4) Normal thickness is: 3-5um for nickel, above 0.1um for chrome
5) Better level thickness is: 8-10um for nickel, 0.2-0.3um for chrome
6) Thickness and neutral salt spray test is spot check base on ISO90001 quality stand.
Bathroom accessories: 
1) Our goods have two levels. The common one can pass 96hours' neutral salt spray test, and the higher quality one can pass 144hour's neutral salt spray test. if longer hours required also is ok, such like more than 144hours.
2) Normal thickness is: 3-5um for nickel, above 0.1um for chrome
3) Better level thickness is: 8-10um for nickel, above 0.2um for chrome
4) Thickness and neutral salt spray test is spot check base on ISO90001 quality stand.
5)Surface quality is full inspection to make sure there's no damaged.
